He was my pick, no, not because he was black, and no, not despite his being black, but because I think he is the right person to do the job. I am not a racist like some in the Democrat Party are. Now some like Joe Biden might call him an articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, and I would not disagree, because those are important traits to have when part of your job will be imparting onto the American people the reasons why the Republican party is the way to go in the future. Let’s face it, people like looking at, and listening to, clean, bright, articulate, and nice-looking people, its just a fact. The whining Democrats will comment on how few blacks are in the Republican Party. To me that doesnt reflect as badly on the Republican Party, as it does on the blacks in this country; they don know the real freedom loving Party, the one that would free them once more from tyranny, if only they would join us, we could change the country. Electing this man to lead our party, and the House Republicans slapping the Democrats in the face with their unanimous vote against the pork laden so called stimulus package, is a good start in the right direction for the Republican Party.
